Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders below £50 will be charged a flat rate of £1.95 per order.
All orders above £50 are entitled for FREE shipping.

Please note that shipping is calculated based on order subtotal which does not include VAT and Shipping Charges themselves.

Returns Policy

1. We do not operate a 'try before you buy' policy.
2. We do not accept returns outside the 28 days from date of purchase.
3. Please visit your local service centre or respective websites for warranty repairs for branded products. 
4. We do not under any circumstances refund postage for returns of goods, faulty or otherwise.
5. If returning within 7 days, customers are responsible for returning the items in a re-saleable condition. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we will not accept returned goods.

Please contact us if the item is faulty, we can usually send a replacement or offer technical support. If a product is just returned for no apparent reason, there is a administration charge of £2.00

Please also include your order details and mark 'Please Refund' and reason for refund. Refunds are made back to the card.

The moment we receive the return, we will approve it and then refund it the same or next day. Please note however, some credit card companies can take up to 14 days to show the charge on your statement. You will receive a refund confirmation email.
